The event will have four distinguished speakers. Dr. Michel Magnan, professor at Concordia University and Stephen A. Jarislowsky Chair in Corporate Governance, brings his experience in corporate governance and research. Camélia Radu, a teacher at UQAM ESG School, will share her knowledge of environmental, social and cybersecurity awareness. Dr. Rucsandra Moldovan, also from Concordia University, specializes in discretionary disclosure options and their implications for financial markets and regulation. Elaine Lajeunesse, a risk management expert with extensive experience in leadership functions, will discuss the integration of strategic risks.
